Office was run down and I should have left when I saw the state of it. Was estimated $6k for my return (I pay a voluntary 5k extra a year to maximise my return) then received $4k in my account. Nil warning. Called to complain and they said it was because of my HECS. I questioned how this could have occurred as HECS is calculated as a % of my income and they couldn't answer me. Still have not received written copies of the paperwork they submitted so I can't exclude they haven't just blatantly stolen from me. Walk away, never go there.

Have rang 3 times to make an appointment. First time I was hung up on, second I left voice msg and never received a call back and third I spoke to a rude staff who said someone will call me back and never did. I've booked in elsewhere.
