DO NOT TRUST! Avoid at all costs. He also trades under a different name Aklean and there was nothing but trouble. Quotes were not sent to us as writing as requested then they completed work and charged an additional amount, which we didn't agree to. Refused to give us an invoice showing a break down of charges and whinged to our realestate, telling them we are "refusing" to pay for something we didn't explicitly agree to. My husband was also told that Carpet cleaning and bond cleaner were seperate companies (after the bill came through, WITHOUT the quote we asked for). We asked for both companies details we were then refused both ABN details because they suddenly were the same. Misleading and shady.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS!!!!
After completing a bond clean, I made several attempts to pay amounts owing using their online payment system, to no avail. After contacting Richard to resolve the issue, I was met with the same issue and could not make payment in this manner.
Since then, I have been harrassed daily by Richard, via text message, phone calls and voicemail. He has insulted me, sworn at me, threatened me and conducted himself in an absolutely disgusting manner. ...read more

Richard did a great job (tenancy exit clean and pest control) on the place we were renting and cleaned a rug for free at my request. He was willing to speak to the agent regarding a stain that wasn't there before the clean, but the agents own cleaners confirmed it was from the previous tenant which only showed up after Richards clean (the previous tenant has spilled bleach on the carpets).
Richard is a top bloke whose customer service and effort is still there after he has performed his services. Highly recommend. AAA+++
