Awful service - we had 2 x trees to be removed, one in our front yard and one in the back. Due to staffing issues, it took 3 months to book a date. They showed up much earlier than they advised, when we were not home yet, but instead of beginning with the accessible tree at the front, they broke into the backyard by lifting our pad-locked fence off it's hinges. In the process, they damaged the lock and broke a roof tile. When I complained, they showed little remorse and said they did this because the front yard tree would take longer, and they wanted to 'have lunch at their normal time'. They said if the lock was broken we could just 'bend it back'. I responded to this in disgust as we were truly appalled with such a lack of professionalism, but this was met with silence. Before the job, they had agreed to take $300 off the price of the work, but invoiced us for the original price.
