Ace Body Corporate Management - Head Office

Poor management resulting in delays in fixing mould/water damage
The company and the Strata Managers and assistant manager for Aspendale Zone (office located 244 Boundary Road Braeside) have failed me in their duty to provide prompt assistance to resolve mould and water damage to my apartment for months, resulting in thousands in lost rental income.

Aces Body Corporate is a complete disappointment to say the least. We requested a building repair quote for common property in our lot back in October 2022, but after several attempts to obtain a report, they claimed they never received it. We had to take matters into our own hands and contacted the building company directly in January 2023, only to discover that they had sent the report to Aces Body Corporate back in October 2022.

Since then, we have made numerous attempts to contact Aces Body Corporate through phone and email to discuss the report and organise the repair, but they have completely ignored us. If i could give them 0 stars I would. Service is non existent. Rude. Bullying.incompetent and then rhey want you to pay for things that should be standard. Regretably stuck with them for now.

Excessively charge for their extremely poor service.
