after an altercation with an arrogant driver on the M3 that thought he owned the motorway and road rules didn't apply to him, I rang the company to make a complaint. Turns out the clown that answered the phone was just as arrogant! If this is how they deal with complaint resolutions,I'd hate to see how they treat customers.
