Ace Carwash Cafe

Tried this place twice, once with my brand new car (got a scratch in a rear door) and with a second hand car, and on neither occasion they cleaned the interior properly.

Really bad service. Very disappointing.

A long time customer. On Saturday I was charged $40 for a $32 Superwash not realizing. A very ordinary wash at that. I won't be going back. Very Dissapointed.

Disappointing!!! Enter at your own risk! Bought a new car one week ago and took it to them to wash for the first time. They put a ding in the side panel of my car in front of my very own eyes and then denied it, saying that it was already there. The staff drying my 4WD had pulled themselves up onto the rear tyre by holding onto the roof racks in order to dry the roof of the car, and pushed their knees into the side panel as they did so, creating a small dent. The management were extremely rude and showed understanding. Didn't want to speak with us, wanted us to leave, even though we had said that we understood accidents can happen and that we simply wanted them to acknowledge the damage and pay the small cost (up to $200) to fix it. Very bad customer service; the staff looked frightened of the management, who were very rude and showed no remorse for the fact that it was a brand new car and the fault lay with them.
