Under no condition PAY PAT PITHER ANY MONEY for the work he quotes until it is completed and then still hold 50% for 2 weeks prior to paying him any money.I met Pat and he appeared like an innocent old man with a warm tone about him, however, I had a bad intuition about his character which I should have trusted, nevertheless I went ahead with the quote and he was paid in full once the job was completed, however things took a turn when his bodgy fake turf preparation work started to lift off after 2 weeks, the tiny patches of bulge took off and there were buldges everywhere.
