Ace Mobile Mechanics

Extremely dodgy. Battery light came on and car had stalled briefly but was still able to drive it. The mechanic that attended took a look at the alternator and nothing else. Even after questioning him he was positive it was the alternator and replaced it. He did not use any diagnostic testing method and he did not test drive the car when he was finished. $695 later I was told I could drive the car home and it stalled. They towed the car for me back to my premises but now it is completely stuffed, can't even get the engine to start. They came back to fix the car and the mechanic gave up and said the gear box was stuffed, he didn't know how to fix it and just left me with a car in which the engine does not even start. I will be left without a car for at least a week and have paid $695 for an alternator that was not necessary, all because of the incompetance of their mechanic. Awesome service start to finish.
Booked in an 04 comodore to get a roady ( we just bought it for a cheap work car.)
Girls in the office are very switched on and I emailed through a list of things I had noticed which I wanted checked.
when I arrived there was a curtisy car waiting for me very clean and neat.
Car was ready the same day, even put tire shine on so when I left felt like a new car.
Car feels 5 years younger now more responsive and better to drive great friendly profession crew their I have already booked in another 2 vehicals a Hiace van and a Mitsibishi Canter.

My brake pads needed changing and George from Ace Mechanics was recommended highly to me. I couldn't be happier. He was punctual, polite and efficient. I will continue to use him for future needs as not only is he great at what he does, it is convenient and cost saving to use Ace.

My experience with ACR mobile mechanics has been outstanding from wo to go. The lady on the phone was very pleasant and Steve arrived on time,identified the problem quickly and had the battery I needed on board to replace mine. Quick, hassle-free and done at a very reasonable price. True professionals and ACE service!!!

Tried to charge us $1300 for a starter motor changeover and was hamming it up to my missus. Got the job done for $880 .... happy to pay the call out fee to dodge this bullet.
