Ace Tree Service

Bitter disappointment with Ace Tree Services. Inicial date was cancelled due to the rain, which is fine and a second date of Saturday was chosen. Without phoning or contact they showed up on a thursday afternoon, cut down the trees, walked all over my property and then phoned when they were finished to demand payment. I do not appreciate strange people on my property without permission.



At the end of the day the trees are down but do not expect the courtesy of communication from Ace Tree Services. You folks need to work on your customer service.
