The new fit out looks great but the Male Pharmacists Nathan & Chris are very rude. They also seem to have a high turn over of staff, which means they don’t treat their staff very well. The Pharmacist & staff at Priceline Balaclava are always very helpful & friendly & I always shop there now.

The pharmacy looks great after the refurb and they're definitely sorting through their teething problems. Chris is one of the most knowledgeable pharmacists around and will bend over backwards for his clients.

5 floor staff. 1 person processing scripts. 30 minute wait for my medicine. Get home and it’s the generic brand when I asked for the brand name nominated by my GP. Rang to complain. No apology. Just verbal abuse. All my fault etc. I go back to get my order sorted and ask about their process for generic v brand. I had followed to to the letter. Asked to see my script to show them we’d ticked non generic. Wouldn’t do it. No apology. No commitment to service and process improvement. Never going back

This pharmacy is deceiving and well overpriced. They sold me a cheaper alternative medicine for more than the price of the original medicine. When I enquired, they were rude to me and basically didn't care. Avoid this pharmacy at all cost.

Regret going here and will never return. I must admit, I had read poor reviews about this place but decided that it couldn't be that bad, and as I live nearby, I thought I'd give them a chance. I was completely ignored when providing my script to the counter, and then laughed and also made fun of when asked for concession and all I had was my transport concession on me. The lady at the counter wasn't just abrupt to me when dealing with my script, she was dramatic and rude to a fellow customer. Very uncomfortable and couldn't wait to leave. I wish I had taken more notice of the reviews in the first place.
