I feel sorry for the receptionist. The DR is a very rude unprofessional person. Has a careless attitude, anything is a chore. Very bad Doctor. The half star is for the receptionist.

Lovely receptionist. The doctor can be little slow time-wise (can be waiting up to an hour) but the doctor is helpful.

I called up and very politely asked about booking in for an appointment. I was told, very abruptly, we do not take new patients. I said, oh ok, my cousin mentioned to me that if I had a family member who was currently being treated by the Dr that you would accept referrals to their family? They cut me off and said, no. It was very awkward and I got off the phone feeling rather 'told off'.

This medical centre is not run with customer centricity in mind. My experience is solely shaped by a very rude staff who made me feel very bad for calling. After asking my enquiry I was answered in a very short ill-tempered manner and rudely told that they don't want any new patients. Although the news was bad I would have taken it fine if she hadn't been so rude. Honestly a horrible experience.
