Driver overcharged my elderly father by about 30% from the estimated fare, at a time slot with no traffic and for a trip that involved no extra charges (eg. Airport). Called admin and they can’t explain it either, in their system they only recorded the lower estimated fee, sent in records of the charges but no actions take. AVOID USING ACT CABS, just go with Uber, much less chance of being scammed.
This platform doesn't seem to allow me to remove reviews but business have resolved my complaint.
Earlier this month I submitted a review critical of ACT Cabs. My complaint (see below) centred on an ACT Cabs driver who, despite my protestations, took the long way to my nominated address.
Having contacted ACT Cabs, I can only say that ACT Cabs has redressed this matter in a most fair, honest and business-like manner.

On Friday March 15 around 2.30pm I caught an ACT Cab company taxi from the Jolimont Centre to Pearce following my return to Canberra from Sydney after a long haul flight.
