Have been using Action Air Con for 20 years and have always had great service from office staff and those that come regularly to do service work. Really surprised about other poor reviews, can't believe them.

Attitude of receptionist disgraceful. Rude, arrogant and obviously not her own business as driving customers away seemed to be a priority. Serviced an AC at a rental property and wanted to charge another exorbitant call out fee to address a problem, yet would not provide a list of what was done and serviced in the first place.
Poor attitude, second rate workmanship and after sales customer service appalling. Be warned and take your business elsewhere.

Right off the bat, the receptionist was terribly rude. Not only that but they charged the full call out fee of a ridiculous $198 when they came out to my property and found that there was nothing wrong with my air conditioning. Would never use these people again and I would advise people to stay away.

The office staff I spoke with was so rude. The air con staffs themselves are nice.
