They cut my original artwork!!! Worth over $1000. No discussion. No trimming needed to my original canvas but they decided to cut the artists name and origin from the canvas and just stick it on top. So disappointed. Other issues but you can’t fix this. So rude. No apologies. Just told “that’s the way we do it”. wont be back.
They can have the odd delivery delay from a supplier I have found these employees to be very knowledgeable, friendly and competent. Despite being very busy, especially over the Christmas period, they always manage to get my work framed on time (and once when there was a supply delay they delivered my artwork to its' destination themselves to make sure my client received it on time) and the final product looks fantastic. Although the shop isn't the most modern to look at, don't judge this book by its cover! Their prices are very competitive and the products they use are high quality. It is a tad out of the way for me, so I call to check that my frames are ready to pick up before I drive there, but it is definately worth the extra distance to get the frame that I want at the price I need.
