- Tigers classes for 3-5yr olds on Saturday Mornings 9am in Mitchell or Kingston.
- Children's classes for 5-12yr olds all over the North and South Sides of Canberra, Queanbeyan and Jerrabomberra.
- Adult & Teenager classes all over the North and South Sides of Canberra, Queanbeyan and Jerrabomberra.
