I am a fully qualified HIgh Performance Program Director and Life Coach. My qualifications were awarded by the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors.

During the last five years I have worked with a number of psychologists and industry professionals to develop a suite of highly effective coaching tools, strategies and support materials. I have also utilized my extensive professional experience in both the corporate and media industries in designing a set of groundbreaking coaching programs that are proving extremely effective in rapidly increasing an individuals performance and motivation.

I am currently achieving outstanding results in helping my clients quickly improve their professional and personal performance while also ensuring they implement sustainable strategies required to achieve long lasting success.
