Hypnosis is a wonderful experience.I've been to a few hypnotherapists, some sessions worked well for me and others not so well.If one technique does not work another often does, so it is crucual to find someone that has been trained in many different approaches. I think it is also important to find someone who has been personally referred and has at least 10 years experience. Don't just read testimonials on a website that have no contact details.
