1 star is an overstatement. Our son started to attend this childcare this year. On his 3rd day, he had bruises on his forehead. No report was provided when he was picked up. The responsible/main carer in his group couldnt provide an answer on how and when he got his bruises when asked. When dropping him on his fourth day, saw a toddler felt from a chair hitting his back head hard on the floor. Poor carer supervision. Gave noticed and advised the headoffice, still required 4 weeks notice despite their incompetences. Suggest parents to avoid this childcare. There are many more better childcares exceeding national ratings in the surroundings.

My daughter has been coming to this daycare for a year since she was 10 months old, she loves it and we love them! The staff are very nice people and seem to really care for the children, highly recommend this daycare.
