Active utilities wrongly disconnected the power in my apartment. At this moment, it has been 10hrs and after 7 phone calls, still no result. Its extremely unacceptable and inefficient! We're as occupants dont have no other choice of provider. Unbelievable! I'm totally freezing and getting a cold, and have to throw hundreds dollars worth of food in my fridge!

Active Utilities have notified us of an IP address change. The email comes from a noreply address and calling them has had me on hold for over an hour and a half.

Internet is supposed to be 'fibre' but constantly dropped out, ping rates went up to 50, downloads ranged from 100mbps to as low as 12mbps, have to restart router every day... and to top it off, to disconnect your internet they charge $44!!

Hello Wilcnewport. We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your internet. Can you please advise if you have contacted our service team for resolution? If your issue is tenancy based we should be able to get your service working as it should ASAP. Sometimes however we provide our Broadband over a a building based Fibre provider whom we are not affiliated - this could be causing the instability. Either way please contact us via phone on 1300 587 623 or submit a request via our website and someone will be in touch shortly.

This is the absolute worst ISP I have ever dealt with in my whole life. It has taken over a month trying to connect internet with this company and I still do not have an active connection. Every other day I have to follow up this company asking for an update. Please do not make my mistake and sign up with this organisation. Their customer service is quite simply atrocious. I have contacted their support and the lady - Jennifer - said she would contact me back...no phone call back. When I followed up again that evening, a different lady then said all our technicians have gone home and you'll have to call again tomorrow. If you want the worst customer service ever known to exist then sign up with this organisation and you'll experience it every single day you speak with them. Don't make my mistake - go with another ISP.
