We spent a lot of money with Actuate IP and the service was really bad. Often we would never get replies to my emails and when we finally spoke to the management, they were good enough to rebate part of an outstanding invoice by way of apology.
However, nothing improved. We really wouldn't recommend Actuate IP. They don't appear to be interested in replying to emails, and we found them rude and not willing to try any harder when requested.
