Non existent custom care. Did not turn up for arranged meeting. Did not return phone call. Message sent Hi, I am quite disappointed in your lack of professionalism by not turning up at the time suggested by you co-worker, not having the courtesy to return my call and not attempting to contact me. You obviously have no need of the work.
They said: There was no appointment made you are best to call me and book it in my workers are not secretaries so I dont know what you are disapointed about and yes i am very busy.
My reply: As far as I was concerned your co-worker made a time to see us. If you didn't want to do this then it would have been appropriate for you co-worker to let me know. I did ring you but you obviously don't return calls either. Everyone is busy!
Their reply: Grow up.
This is not the standard of customer service that anyone would want.
Make up your own mind whether you would want this individual doing your rural jobs.
