They TRY MAKING YOU SIGN A TINEY BIT OF PAPER AT THE START CHARGING $55 PER QUARTER OF AN HOUR THEN HITS YOU WITH A MASSIVE BILL AT THE END! CANT EVEN GET SOMETHING COMPLETED ON THE SAME DAY!

Worst experience for a macbook pro repair ever!!! Estimated repairs were 500 $ and total cost after a month and a lot of phone calls was 950$. This is the cost for the repair, I was ale charged with 250$ for a backup. That is a lot for a macbook pro mid 2011. AVOID !!!!

I called to enquire about my laptop , since it would not start, to have diagnostic performed & turn around time for pickup. They promised if I bring it in at midday they'll charge $55 & will have it back to me same day in the afternoon and if laptop needed repairs they will advise of problem & cost before any repair.

We had complete system failure and no backup so thought we had not only lost the computer as it was dead but all our data too!



Adams Apple Solutions were able to repair the computer, recover our data and implement an automatic backup system so we wouldn't risk losing our valuable photos, music and documents ever again!



Couldn't be happier and highly recommend them especially if you've had a catastrophic failure and need a complete resurrection. :-D

I ordered 2 x 2GB of RAM for a MacPro computer + was quoted $299. When I went to collect it the next day they denied quoting me $299, saying this was for 1 piece of RAM only + wanted to charge me $598. My rating would be no star if that were possible.

RAM for this computer is ONLY sold in a kit of 2 pieces, so why would anybody quote for half of a product. They then debited my account for $59.80 + will not refund, even though I have bought nothing from his business. I am not impressed + advise anybody not to give credit card details over the phone, but to get a written receipt for the final amount with the deposit paid quoted on the invoice.
