Would not recommend Addo Blind Cleaning for use at all. Apart from the usual comments one could make about trades people arriving later than the appointed time and walking dusty footprints throughout the house, 5 slats of my venetian blinds were damaged. When I contacted them to advise, their whole attitude changed to defensive and rude. When attending to view damage they again had a disgraceful attitude and also demanded payment in cash regardless of the fact the job had not been completed to satisfaction and my assuring them that payment would be made once the slats were replaced. When they attended a final time (again arriving outside of the appointed time) their attitude was ridiculous for a business management, insulting and discourteous. I\'m sure this is not the professional service advertised by Addo nor does it equate to guaranteed satisfaction they claim to have. Purchased a home in Caversham, unfortunately it was in a filthy state and required days of cleaning. We decided to use Addo to clean the blinds. Some blinds were quite long as well. That ultrasonic blind cleaner did a great job. They also were able to make a few minor repairs to strings and wands. They offered a very reasonable rate and did a marvellous job.
We thoroughly recommend this business.
