Ive recently re-finance my mortgage from NAB to Adelaide Bank, with hindsight not sure if it was the right choice. The level of customer service Ive experience so far with Adelaide Bank hasnt been the very best. Information provided has not been consistent, at the same time Ive found their level of enthusiasm in terms of communicating with customers hasnt been the best and it has happened on almost all occasions that Ive now contacted. Apart from the attractive rate at the time, Im not certain if everything else blends in with the overall service a customer would expect to have.
