Adelaide Building Inspections

I wouldnt recommend this company, we used them for our pre-purchase inspection they provide no photographic evidence to show what they are referring to and most of the report was just 'general information' on houses and how they are built. Absolute waste of $495 if you ask me. We had even noticed some faults, that they made no mention of in their report such as retaining, the gas heater didnt work (but apparently is in good working order), they also advise that they had minimal access to the roof space due to ducting.... when there isnt even airconditioning in the property.

Think twice before using them if you want a thorough and detailed report, not just a $500 info guide on how houses are built!

The management conducted the inspection and supplied the following quote in writing -
