Adelaide Impressions

Recently used the service, having been very happy with it in the past. The last two booking they had an incorrect time (and one wrong date!), last time double charged me and took 5 phone calls to correct and then the car was 25 minutes late. poor follow up service to my billing concerns - tired of hearing "we will get back to you asap" - they never did. Will not use again

I found this company to be unpleasant and unprofessional.
