Lack of willingness to help. Staff were not helpful to the point of appearing annoyed by questions about the products. It was as though they had better things to do.
I needed help choosing the correct material for a current project, the staff were reluctant to help with my queries so i had know way to know which type of webbing suited my needs.
With a lack of customer service like this i couldn't possibly by a product from this shop.

Well not my favorite shopping experience. Got told everything was probably too expensive for what we needed. Guess they knew exactly how much i wanted to spend????? Got a grumpy woman at the counter telling me that there should be a sticker for prices because she put one on this particular piece when I enquired on the price. I was a bit scared to ask when I found more I liked with no sticker. Nothing really had prices anyway. Admittedly was asked if we needed help on entering the store, but when we eventually did ask it was all too hard basket for them. Not a cheerful place to visit......
