Adelaide marble were extremely difficult to communicate with and constantly let us down.

Misrepresented lead times. Were unable to provide us with a template date but wanted the contract signed. When we refused we were asked to leave. Avoid this company. Who knows when our worktops would have got installed. They certainly didn't. Could have been 3 month might have been never.

The stone quality is great and they are very happy to get you in and plan everything, that is where the good customer service ends.
The after service is appalling, had a few issues and was re-booked for completion, to which they never showed up. Waited near on 6 weeks for them to finally come and fix the issue, and even then the 'fix' was well below a satisfactory standard.
The accounts department are very abrupt and border on rude in their phone etiquette.
There seems to be no communication between the project management staff and the accounts department, as we were hounded for final payment even though the job had not been completed.
In summary, the stone looks superb!, but customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Have been left with a gap above work top that no one is willing to fill! Used Adelaide marble as part of an ikea kitchen installation, whole process of measuring and fitting took much longer than promised by ikea. When Adelaide marble came out to measure for Worktop we were advised to remove our window sill which was warped and have the Worktop cut into the window space, we were happy this would give us a nice clean finish. However we were not told this would leave a gap between window and Worksop which the tiler says is too big just to seal. Even the adelaide marble fitter took pics of it cos they were unhappy with it. We know there is an option to have an small uplift at the edge of a Worktop and if we had been aware of the gap we would have taken this option. But we were not informed. We are now told by Adelaide marble that basically it is not their problem!

Brilliant job! Our stone benchtop looks amazing. The installer showed great pride in his work and excellent attention to detail (and was also punctual and pleasant). Would highly recommend.
