Not the most m odern hotel but great nonetheless. Staff are really friendly and helpfull and very concerned about customer satisfaction. Room facilities were all in good working order, very tidy and clean. Would go back again and again

I am disappointed with the hotel we have booked. The online photos gave us the impression it's a modern hotel. The room we stayed was more like a motel with their 70s looks. During our stay it was noisy, we can hear upstairs showers and toilet going. Toilet and basin are dirty.I will not stay in this hotel nor will I recommend to family and friends. Thehotel photos should be more reflective of the actual hotel rooms condition.
If I knew that the room I was given is different from their online photos I would have cancelled my 4 nights booking. I definitely won't go back and will tell my associate, friends and family of our experience there.
This hotel is quite filthy. The spa suites are of a very generous size, however, they really are quite gross. The spa's are generally not working, the plugs are quite often perished (perhaps noone ever stays in them). The windows usually have other people's writing on them (ie they have intialled in the filth) I really wouldn't recommend staying there. Also the breakfast was overpriced and not very nice.
You'll be delighted to know that the Adelaide Meridien has had a major overhaul since new ownership in April 2010.
