The consultant on the phone booking in patients was absolutley so rude to me today..they asked me for my first name and immediatly snaped at me saying that its not my name and after telling them how rude that was they hung up on me..i have never, ever been so infuriated by how someone can talk like this to someone who is obviously sick and needs a doctor..really has put me off calling a locom ever again
