This Vet practice overservices in an obscene manner and charges extremely high rates. I have taken several pets there over the years and the overservicing and high rates get worse. Every time I go there I leave with a determination never to return. Shameful approach to unnecessary tests and expensive rates no explanation of the costs of tests prior to conducting them and then handed an outrageuosly high account. I will be lodging a complaint with the Veterinarain registration body about the lack of transparency. I won't be returning and I encourage anyone reading this to reconsider going there.
Overservicing! My dog had a sore toe. That will require an anaesthetic for an x-Ray to be taken. After viewing the x-Ray it was suggested that the toe should be amputated and sent for testing. Oh, we need to x-Ray so that we can see what antibiotic to prescribe! Good work, you just squeezed almost $1200 out of my savings account. My beloved pooch is now happily trotting around! Do Not go there - daylight robbery!
They are the best clinic around. They have a fantastic health care plan that isn't like a insurance cover but Actually is. A care plan that includes all your dogs checkups flea treatment hydra bathwater on zero heartworm Pavo and all the vaccinations are no additional cost includes all you dogs how's checkups twice a year, flea treatment sent to you monthly so you don't forget. And if you ever have to you take your dog in for emergency between business hours it doesn't cost you anything to it see the vet. I went in on a Saturday afternoon at 7 o'clock and I saw to my dog just talked a.m. it didn't cost me anything and cost me $16 for the tablets. for 280 barks is worth going on the care plan and it can be paid off monthly. The only vet surgery that isn't money hungry and if you can't afford to pay them then they'll let
The best business around
I take all my animals to this clinic and could not rate them highly enough, the staff are highly experienced and very friendly, you can tell they have a real passion for animals! I love the attention my fur-family get when they have to visit and have recommended them to all my friends and family members with pets. I feel safe leaving my pets in their hands.
I signed up with True Local just to give my honest opinion about them. Terrible vet - AVOID! - you have been warned. Make no mistake. They charge a LOT more than other vets, attitude change very quickly when you remark on their extraordinarily high pricing. My little Staffy had cruciate ligament surgery there, cost $3000 all-up, while my current vet tells me they'd do the same operation for $1000. That's a BIG difference. Once I was sold a tiny, 50ml container of doggy cough syrup, for which I was charged about $40. Just avoid them, you can find a much, much better vet elsewhere, shop around.
Just experienced their overpricing and overservicing! I love my dogs but will never again pay their prices - shop around and do not be fooled!
