Sloppy, unprofessional, and proud advocate of racial slurs on the work site.
Don't need this toxicity in the workplace.

I was bitterly disappointed at the way Jeremy Pearce (owner) conducts his business and treats his customers. I found mistakes in the feature drawings completed by Adept which delayed the planning process and caused additional amendment cost, which i had to pay for. I also found mistakes in the subdivision plan which added to the delay of the project and felt that the advice they provide were not accurate once verified by external parties. Time management was extremely poor as they say they’ll do things but never do until you follow up. I do not recommend them

Very slow. Contracted these guys over others as they were local and price was competitive, but most importantly they said they could get the job done in around 2 weeks which was essential as the surveying was for a land claim critical to an impending deadline for a planning submission. Lo and behold, they had booked far too much work and despite my regularly hassling them and reminding them of the urgency of my job, they completed other larger jobs first and it took 2 MONTHS to get the work done. This meant that my entire project feel behind by 6 weeks costing me thousands of dollars. Last time I sign a contract without a timeframe clause. Don't recommend!!
