More affordable than the previous ‘dealership service’ of last year. I arrived at Adrian’s Balcatta Car Centre with a car that sounded like a ‘haulpac’ few hours later departed with a car that floated out of their service centre as if on a cloud. I liked the expert diagnostics given on my car from a mechanic with many years of experience and appreciated their attention detail as noted on their invoice. ZS 16/7/2019
I wold like to apologize for my previous negative review. I've contacted TRUE LOCAL to delete the review but they said they can't do it. Basically, after having a look at some reviews here I was a bit sussed with the service. (SHOULDN'T BE). Two weeks after they serviced my diesel car I decided to check the oil (too late). I didn't know the oil in diesel car goes black very quickly.( MY BAD). So, stupidly I thought they haven't done the service in my car that's why my bad review!
A week later I took my wife's car for a service there again and they did a BRILLIANT job! I'm so sorry for the bad review! They deserve my 5 stars now!!!
I'm very disappointed! My boss from across the road recommended me this place to service my car. I've taken my car there a few times now, the last one was just a couple of weeks ago. And just now after having a look at these reviews I decided to check if they actually have done the service. Guess what? The oil is completely BLACK! THEY HAVE NOT DONE THE SERVICE AND STILL CHARGED ME $240 FOR IT. I'm taking my car back there tomorrow. Never again!
Disappointed, last 2 services I'm sure weren't even done. Took my car back twice after a service & hose was replaced only to have my car over heat & pour coolant out! Both times they had a look, said was fine & sent me off. I took elsewhere to find radiator 90% blocked, thermostat & viscous fan/hub needs replacing. How do you service a car & not find these problems? Will never return!

I have been taking 2 cars to them for a couple of years because 1 of our mates work there. At 1st it was great but the last 4 services on the VE have not been done (if I could post a pic of the oil filter I would) never put either vectra or ve on the computer and they electrical taped up a part on my brakes and told me that should hold and to buy a new car. Charging us premium rates for s**t job is not acceptable and I will be taking this further. Thankfully I have found a new mechanic and both cars are having a complete overhaul. Ps $1000 to fix my VE to its correct standard. Not happy that I have to give a star as this place deserves none
