I got a great deal on my car and the salesmen were all super friendly. However, I had issues with the central locking not being fixed when I signed my contract despite that being a regular thing most dealers would check when assessing the car. I was give just 2 business days of rego and they have not paid my stamp duty 2 weeks after I took delivery of my car, all of which could have been organised in the 7 working days between my finance approval and taking delivery. When I collected the car the fuel tank had not been refilled and it was clearly not detailed as had been written into my contract. When I took delivery of my car I was not seen by any specific person and no-one bothered to show me through my car. I was also not supplied with a User Manual and it took too long to organise for my rego to be paid so that I could continue to drive my new car. Overall, very disappointed with the post-purchase service and I would expect better even if I am not buying a $60,000 car!!
