Firstly they opened 25minutes late, I should've walked away then.
I was charged $157 for 8 litres of oil and $57 for an oil filter!!?
On the service sticker they recommended an oil change after 5,000km / 6 months, where the manufacturer recommends 15,000 / 12 months....
To top it off, my vehicle was washed and a lot of tiny scratches were left on my rear bumper!! I was not informed of the mistake but I noticed as my vehicle has recently had a paint correction with a ceramic coating applied. Very poor!!?
