We have a great variety of cardio gear; treadmills, cross trainers, upright and recumbent bikes, rowers and steppers, along with over 15 pieces of strength and conditioning equipment plus free weights and balance gear! We also conduct Group fitness programs; such as RADICAL FITNESS TOP RIDE, KI MAX, POWER, X55, UBOUND, Thump Boxing, Pilates, Yoga and Senior Strength.
