This practice should not be allowed to operate. Receptionist is extremely rude and plays cruel games with people. My wife took her sick 90 year old father there. She had enquired about booking and was told they did not take bookings. When they arrived she was told they have people waiting before them. They patiently waited their turn but when many people kept coming in and being served she asked and was told she should have booked !!! Receptionist then made rude comments to them and said now they would not be served until the waiting room was empty. Maybe they get away with this because many ESL people go there and don't know how to complain.

Currently sitting here waiting to see a doctor. Still waiting after one hour and feel compelled to write a review.

I've been a patient at this practice for over 5 years, whilst it is common to wait, this is consistently the case. If you are time poor I do not suggest you visit this practice at all. The attitude towards bookings it almost a system to appease patients. I've made bookings and have had to wait up to an hour this is no different if you walk in without a booking. This practice needs to make big changes in this area.
