We paid a deposit and then a stage 2 payment and they never installed our in ground pool. We had to contract another company to do the work, plus we had to pay again for a pool shell and we've never been refunded the money that we paid. Over $15000 is still owed to us. We've got no alternative but to go to VCAT to try and get our money back.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, i had a few questions that they were happy to answer for me.
Would definitely go back!!
I have been In contact with all the pool companies in Bendigo and advance landscape and leisure was by far the worst! I had to call up 4 times on different occasions as the management wasn't there and when I did speak to them they were very unhelpful. Most of there pool installers are unqualified and they have different staff every few months. highly recommend going somewhere else.
