Do not use this company! After I had paid an $800 deposit, my delivery date (an interstate move) was delayed by 24 hours. This then turned into an all day wait, after being told they would arrive at 12, then 3, then 5, then 8pm, they arrived at 10pm at night leaving me waiting all day with a baby in an empty cold house! After unpacking everything the next day I discovered at least 2 boxes missing! Their response was nothing shot of rude and unhelpful! I do not recommend this company!!
Advance Removals were so helpful and patient. I would recommend them to everyone. I needed boxes all different sizes and shapes moved from South Australia to Queensland at a very stressful time for me and the Team at Advance Removals helped me through the process. They go the extra mile when you need it! I cant recommend and praise them high enough!!
We needed a pianola, which is a family heirloom, urgently moved over the holiday period as a family member had to leave the state unexpectedly.
