I recently tried to complete a small granny flat development in western Sydney. After contacting this company I explained how I was new to this and had never done this before and needed someone to guide me through the process . After getting them out I the property to assess the site I asked if there would be any problems doing the granny flat.Explained confidently that I would be able to do the project. After explaining wood organise everything it was then explained to me later that I had to organise all the other sewer diagrams etc which I wasn't to happy about as I wanted someone to look after the whole process. To cut a long story short after submitting the plans they drew for me I have since had them knocked back at council due to storm water issues and the fact I can't run them up hill and there is no where to connect.
