Really bad service experience. Their technician re-gassed our airconditioner without checking for leaks, and the aircon still continued to run warm. The owner said he would take the re-gas cost off a new unit, and eventually he stopped picking up or returning calls. Very unprofessional and not recommended.
And also accepted cash and never emailed through a receipt.
I am giving Advanced Climate Solutions a well-deserved 5 stars. Yesterday, Andrew and his team installed 5 air conditioners in my home. I am very impressed! They listened to what my husband and I wanted, especially with regards to where we wanted the pipes to go. The team worked efficiently and came up with some creative ideas to some challenges that came up. Especially at the front of the house, where they made a brilliant plan to have the least amount of piping showing as requested by my husband. They were professional, friendly, polite, organized and knowledgeable. The air con units blend in beautifully in every room and the workmanship in getting them up on the wall was neat, resulting in a fantastic finish. Did an impressive job of the installation and servicing on all air conditioning systems for our offices and newly built home and were able to meet our strict deadlines. Prompt customer service, reliable and honest. Would highly recommended to other business/home owners.
Have been trying to have air con installed by them since December.
Install attempt # 1 - never turned up after assuring us they would. Refused to answer phone after supposed arrival time passsed.
Install attempt # 2 - didn't have wall bracket part. Had to wait 4 weeks while it was ordered. Had advised us that they were bringing bracket - apparently they meant a different bracket.
Install attempt # 3 - brought wrong wall bracket part. They have now decided that is our fault and WE have to provide the correct part ourselves before they will return.
This customer called us to site to install an air conditioning unit. On arrival it was found that the unit was a second had Lg unit approx 5 years old. Because this was a second hand unit when we began the installation it was found that vital parts where missing. Due to the age of the unit lg had to order from overseas the required parts. Once the parts arrived we made first available appointment to fit the part. Upon arrival it was found that lg had sent a part that didnt quite match there unit. After ringing lg they said that the part was discontinued. This customer was never charged for the parts that where non returnable or the 3x hr labour invested into dealing with a second hand unit. We did try and help this customer and he became agitated when we suggested may have to source the parts before we could help any further. Lesson learned working with second hand junk ends up an unsatisfactory outcome for both parties.
