Very average. Not professional. Not happy with this service at all. Not sure why I had to pay a significant amount of money for orthodontic treatment when I barely ever saw the specialist Geoff Hall. And on the few occasions you see him (for only few minutes), he was really just supervising anyway. Absolutely not recommend this service.
We have had 3 children have braces and I couldn't be happier with how they all look. The clinic runs on time, we have never waited more than a couple of minutes and everyone seems genuinely happy. I'm pleased I chose them.
Had a very average experience with orthodontics here:
+ve's
- always running on time, never had to wait more than a few minutes
- relatively professional manner by all staff
-ve's
- you are treated very much like a number than a person, my name was pronounced three different ways by Dr and the continuity of your treatment isn't great, mostly because you are treated by a number of different orthodontists and technicians with Dr simply supervising the treatment
- if you have to cancel an appointment within a few days (say 3-4 days out), it can be a long wait until (2-3 weeks) before you can rebook
