I had a leaking toilet so called Jordan who went above and beyond my expectations in not only replacing the entire suite at my request but replaced tiles and cleaned up after what I can only imagine being a messy job. I was thrilled with the job and find Jordan to be honest, reliable and professional. This was not the first job Jordan has done for me and it won't be the last, thank you so much.

We realised that we had a leak on our property and knew this was a job that required an experienced, trustworthy and reliable person. I was impressed by comments left on truelocal and called him. Jordan was fantastic, he found the leak quickly and informed us that it was major leak and as we are on acreage, this was not an easy job. Jordan completed this huge job in one day and kept us updated from start to finish. It is such a great feeling to know that you have a person that you can trust to do a job, professionally and promptly. Thank you Jordan and you will be the only plumber I will be calling in the future.

I needed a water tank fitted and also an LPG BBQ converted to Gas. Jordan came and looked at the job and quickly ordered stuff for completing job same day. Very impressed with the workmanship. Recommended any day and he is on my speed dial for all my future plumbing needs. Thank you

We had a broken bath spout and hot water leaking from the wall. I was recommended Jordan by a local business, and rang him he came within an hour today, and fixed it on the spot, replacing the whole thing that had totally corroded in the wall. He is professional and an easy going person who I was happy to have in my home. I would recommend him to all. We will definitely be using Jordan for any plumbing jobs in the future. I initially rang a different plumber I saw in the Bacchus marsh pocket book who told me on 3 occasions they would be there but never showed up and didn't even ring. Jordan has restored my faith in good tradies.

Woke Tuesday morning to find our hot water service had died overnight. ....NO hot water...........Rang Jordan at 8:00am while he was at another job. He said he would look to see if he could repair or replace. He had the new unit installed by mid afternoon sameday. Exceptional service and a nice guy as well........will certainly use again and happy to recommend to anybody reading this review.
