Summary: extremely bad experience with goods stolen by either the store or the delivery driver taking advantage of an older lady.
We had an experienced builder came and measured up the flooring, he sat with the 70 year old woman when she ordered the exact amount required on the phone. When it was delivered it wasn't full sized floorboards but many smaller cuts (leftovers from other jobs?) and it was missing a few square meters.
Again the 70 year old woman rang up to see if there was a mistake made, with the builder listening in. They swore blindly that no mistake had been made and refused to consider anything else. The builder got on tried to negotiate politely but the conversation ended in swearing.
Went to another store to buy the replacement floorboards. Price was cheaper and wasn't given offcuts.
Avoid this place at all costs.
