i ordered 2 advanced trees online and was charged for the trees plus freight immediately. money taken from bank account. ordered based on the good reviews below. i am in sydney so checked the website to ensure they delivered interstate. wording on website 'We deliver beyond Melbourne metro area and interstate through specialised plant freight contractors'.
following day i was told my order ws not worth their while delivering due to me being interstate. money had to be refunded. false advertising of service on the website. Don't make promises you have no intention of keeping. wastes peoples time

In response to your review I would like to confirm particular details and a summary of our conversation. Firstly we donot take online orders or via our website - only via email or telephone. All telephone orders are reconfirmed via email.
We also do not take money from customers accounts as we donot offer a credit card or similar credit payment facilities - only EFT (electronic funds transfer) made by the customer. ...read more
We purchased 13 skyrocket conifers and 1 magnolia from ATD. The staff were very good to deal with and gave us some great advice. Nothing was a problem for them.Trees arrived on time and in great condition. We got value for money. 12 months later I had to call for advice.
