have not seen a worst service from a modern day business.
The old lady at the reception is very rude, disrespectful, unhelpful you name it. Bad reflection on the blanco who uses these people for their after sales service

Called up and immediately a time was given to me the following day for a service of my rangehood. The tech arrived within the timeframe and was very friendly and personable. Rangehood was fixed and I was happy. 5 out of 5!!!

Could not recommend this service company more! They were absolutely brilliant. Polite, professional and fixed my oven quickly.
Really rapt with Advantage Appliances and will use them again in future without a doubt.

I wish I could give a zero star review. The receptionist/job booking person was incredibly rude, insisting that an oven could not be used over 180 degrees and that this would burn out the element, so it is being misused and this is why the oven has had to be replaced twice in 4 months. Refused to discuss the fact that many things need to be cooked over 180 degrees, and the manufacturer later agreed that this woman was incorrect.

I am astounded that companies like Delonghi and Blanco use this company as their authorised repair person, it is damaging to their brand.

Absolutely unbelieveably unprofessional and rude. I could not believe in this day and age - a service provider could yell at you over the phone for describing the details of the fault.

I have lodged a formal complaint with Delonghi service headquartes - i hope Advantage appliance services get taken off the service agent list.

Still cannot believe the booking lady yelled from the other end.....god help them!!

Donot ever use them- I cannot emphasize further!!
