Advantage Paving & Landscapes

I have worked for Advantage Landscapes and paving for many years.I would like to say that i worked on the particular job mentioned in the above reveiw and i am appauled and sadned by reading it.NEVER, in the 10 years that i have worked for this company have i encounted such a difficult man who obviously has nothing better to do than to nitpick and complain about just about anything and everything ! A man who you could not and would not ever please!.My boss and tradesman worked above and behond to please this horrid person ,only because the boss that i have is a man of integrity,and good character.Id also like to mention that never have we had anything such complains from ANYONE else over my time with the company.Lastly the above reveiw never mentions that due to the fact that my boss posesses true dignity,this rude and obnoxious man was fully refunded his money .You would only have to ask around the blue mountains and realise that the ...read more

I engaged this company to carry out paving work. At the end of the first day I spoke to the contractor re the uneveness and alignment of the pavers and was told it would be ok at the end of the job. I spoke to him again at the beginning of day four and expressed my concern about the work and he babbled on about how difficult the job was. The job was in no way difficult for an experienced tradesperson and I told him that I expected that if he continued with the job I expected to see the pavers to be aligned and stable. He finished the job and left with the pavers covered in sand so I could not see exactly how it ended up. The following day I swept up all the sand only to find the edge of many pavers sticking up above their adjoining paver and several of the pavers loose so they rocked when you walked on them.
An extremely poor job. Definitely not recommended.
