Gaby Harris has been practicing as a naturopath and massage therapist for over 15 years. She has also been lecturing since 2005 and completed her Masters in Western Herbal Medicine in 2016.
Gaby specialises in treating digestive complaints such as irritable bowel syndrome, acute and long term stomach and bowel problems: nausea, vomiting, reflux, stomach pain, wind, bloating, diarrhoea & constipation.
She also treats a lot of patients with anxiety, insomnia, PMS and period pain/problems.
An initial consultation takes 1 hour and includes a thorough assessment of your health complaints, diet and lifestyle.
Your treatment plan is then devised from this information and in collaboration with you so that it is manageable with your busy lifestyle.
Treatments may include herbal liquids or tablets, nutritional supplements, and diet and lifestyle advice.
Gaby also practices a unique deep-tissue relaxation massage, incorporating shiatsu, pressure point and oiled massage techniques as well as cupping.
