The True Taste of ThailandA newly refurbished Thai restaurant in the heart of Springvale. Aei, has now opened her first restaurant after working as Head Chef in restaurants both in Australia (latterly Townsville) and in many regions of Thailand. She would like to share her passion for the authentic tastes of Thailand (with or without the chili kick) so why not come along for a memorable experience.
There are a range of delicious $8 and $10 Lunch specials served every day.

We had a fantastic night out at Aei's Thai, the food was out of this world, none of the excess sugar and salt used in many places nowadays. We had the 3 flavour fish and the stir fry with curry powder (pad pongali) and both dishes were beautifully cooked and there was minimal delay even though the fish (a whole red snapper) was cooked to order.
The service was excellent and we were made to feel special by the efficient waiting staff.

Hi, I also eat regularly at this place. The food is great, like real Thai food should be, the prices are moderate, the service is good, what more needs to be said.
Highly recommended.
