Aesop

This is a really lovely Aesop shop. It is very large and organically shaped with stone benches. The range of soaps and other tolietries are excellent quality and really add class to your home. They are also great gifts, espeically for hard-to-buy-for friends and family (because we all use soap, right!). Staff are very fiendly and helfpul. Great setup for browsing.

Aesop at Westfield Sydney does get quite busy at times but the staffs are relatively friendly most of the time. Depending on who are serving you, some of them can be very informative and friendly, and some would even generously offer a take home sample for you to try out before committing to purchasing their high quality products (which also come with premium price tags). Usually they would help you with the testers and assist you with testing the products on the sink provided, but not all staffs would do this unless you indicate.

The shop is actually quite small and has a slightly low-light ambiance to it but they have made it such that it feels quite spacious. The product are also arranged in a clean manner, but if you are not a regular you would get lost quite quickly since most of them look the same in a glance — so my advice is to just ask for assistance.

Aesop products are natural, organic and exceptionally high quality. Staff here are always friendly and very knowledgeable. You can always get a sample to test a product if you're not sure. Sure Aesop stuff is on the pricey end of the scale but so worth it.
